$AIGN is the native utility and governance token of AiGentMesh — powering coordination, computation, and collaboration across decentralized AI agents.
It serves as the core fuel for agent execution, network operations, protocol incentives, and DAO governance within the autonomous Mesh ecosystem.
To ensure strong long-term alignment and responsible token distribution, Team & Founder allocations are subject to a 6-month cliff, during which no tokens are released. After the cliff period, tokens are vested linearly over the following 12 months.
Private investors receive an initial 10% unlock at TGE (Token Generation Event), with the remaining 90% released monthly over 12 months. This approach rewards early supporters while maintaining healthy token supply dynamics.
Ecosystem and Partner allocations are distributed through DAO-approved programs and strategic collaborations, offering flexibility for future growth and ensuring community-centric governance.
